FAKE TERROR PAVES THE ROAD TO SLAVERY
FEAR MONGERING FOR POWER IS AN OLD ROMAN SCAM

In 70 BC a rich Roman politician used a FIRE BRIGADE SCAM to get power: Marcus Licinius Crassus. When a building caught on fire, the Crassus "firemen slaves" would appear at the scene. Then -- unless the owner sold it to Crassus at a huge discount, he let it burn down. Once Crassus became Rome's largest land holder, he backed Julius Caesar against Cicero. Rome was a Republic in 70 BC, and rulers' powers were limited. But in the wake of Crassus' SPARTACUS SCAM, Romans swapped power for "security".

Once Spartacus defeated the Roman garrison, Crassus used that slave revolt to terrorize Roman citizens. Spartacus knew marching on Rome, itself, was suicidal. He and his men planned to loot enough money from their former owners to hire a mercenary fleet and sail away from Rome -- to freedom. But that never happened. Crassus TERRORIZED ROME WITH A SPARTACUS SCAM for political power. He bribed the mercenary fleet to leave; then, his two Roman legions forced Spartacus to march on Rome.

Crassus crushed Spartacus, letting Pompey take the credit, and became Consul of Rome the next year. In the aftermath of his FIRE BRIGADE SCAM and then his SPARTACUS SCAM, the totally "terrorized" Romans abandoned their Republican government. The 1st Triumvirate (Crassus, Pompeii, Julius Caesar) quickly evolved into the reigns of GOD-LIKE ROMAN EMPERORS. So -- over 2000 years ago --

SCARED ROMANS swapped their POWERS for the safety promises of EMPERORS, which ended the ROMAN REPUBLIC.
With fire brigade, Spartacus, and bribery "SCAMS" -- Crassus destroyed the Roman Republic.
