NEW WORLD ORDER ATTACKS CONSTITUTION-U.N. CHARTER

(Article 51) Nothing...shall impair the inherent right of...SELF-DEFENCE if an armed attack occurs...Measures taken by Members in the exercise of...SELF-DEFENCE shall be immediately reported to the Security Council [who shall take appropriate action] to maintain or restore INTERNATIONAL PEACE AND SECURITY.

(Article 92)-The INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE shall be the...judicial organ of the U.N.

(Article 93)-All Members...are ipso facto parties to the...INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

(Article 95)-Nothing...shall prevent Members...from entrusting...differences to OTHER TRIBUNALS.

Article 51 and the UN Charter do NOT justify any Member's DECLARATION OF WAR -- they affirm the right to SELF-DEFENCE, until the Security Council and THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE can act in the best interests of INTERNATIONAL PEACE AND SECURITY.

The U.N. PROMOTES PEACE and PREVENTS WARS. President Bush's using Article 51 to justify his new world order's WAR OF TERRORISM "bastardizes" U.N. goals and "bypasses" Article I Section 8 of the Constitution: "CONGRESS SHALL HAVE POWER...TO DECLARE WAR."
