DU is stored as UF6 -- a chrystalline solid that creates hydrofluoric acid, uranyl fluoride, and sublimates (becomes a "gas") at 56.4°C [133.5 degrees Farenheit] -- in steel cylinders, which are stored in the open air and subject to environmental decay. The US had 560,000 metric tonnes of UF6 stored in 46,422 cylinders by 1993. But, in the meantime, 8000 "new" cylinders have been added to the existing stockpile.

DU (UF6) reacts with water, even water in the air ("humidity"), forming hydrofluoric acid and uranyl fluoride which "burn" skin and, if inhaled, damage the lungs, kidneys and liver. Then, cellular degeneration will inevitably begin, simply because DEPLETED URANIUM IS RADIOACTIVE and causes radiation poisoning. Are DU-poisoned troops being MISDIAGNOSED AS HAVING PNEUMONIA?

Soldiers and civilians in Iraq face a HEALTH TIMEBOMB...HIGH LEVELS OF RADIATION -- levels between 1,000 and 1,900 times higher than normal -- were recorded at four sites around the Iraqi capital where DEPLETED URANIUM MUNITIONS HAVE BEEN USED BY THE US MILITARY... Experts think that 1,100 TO 2,200 TONS OF DU ARMOUR-PIERCING SHELLS have been used on Iraq -- exceeding the 375 TONS ALREADY USED IN THE 1991 GULF WAR.

Thousands of tons of DU have been dispersed in Iraq during Gulf War I, the No-Fly Zones era, Gulf War II, the war that continued after Bush's 2003 "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED", and are still being dispersed to this day. Once DU gas/dust enters lungs/bodies, these radiation poisoning victims and are changed forever. There is no way to remove depleted uranium. It is radioactive. There is NO treatment. There is NO cure. It lasts FOREVER!

BUT OUR INFECTED TROOPS DON'T HAVE FOREVER! With the same absolute certainty of the Atomic Clock the US Government uses to tell time, the constant ticking of the "atomic disintegrations" starts the countdown to death from DU poisoning for contaminated soldiers and civilians -- AND IT GETS WORSE.

Captain Terry Riordon unknowingly brought radiation poisoning home with him from Iraq to his wife, Susan... She was constantly burned by her husband's semen during intercourse. Terry's semen was turned to a fiery alkali by the DU that settled in his testicles. [They] had no idea what this horrifying complication was... Little did they know the "deadly" US Department of Defense had stealthily and covertly hopped into bed "with" them.

With her husband dying of DU poisoning and herself in intense pain, Mrs. Riordon resorted to filling condoms with frozen peas to obtain relief from the internal burning... The burning can leave blisters and contamination. "It hurt [Terry] too. He said it was like forcing it through barbed wire," Riordon says. "It seemed to burn through condoms; if he got any on his thighs or his testicles, he was in hell"... Perhaps inevitably, he became impotent.

These white-collar criminals must be impeached and imprisoned for these obvious war crimes. If the House and Senate will not put them on trial, then, we will have to do it ourselves.
